LAHORE: The three-day Electricity Pakistan and EVS World exhibitions wrapped up on Sunday at Expo Centre Lahore, bringing together over 100 national and international companies in a vibrant showcase of innovation, clean energy, and electric mobility.
Organized by FAKT Exhibitions, the event ran from August 1 to 3 and served as a dynamic platform for collaboration between industry leaders, government representatives, and global technology providers. It spotlighted Pakistan’s transition toward sustainable energy and electric vehicle (EV) adoption.
Visitors explored cutting-edge EVs, interactive energy solutions, and emerging technologies aimed at reshaping the country’s energy and transport sectors.
At the closing ceremony, Punjab Minister for Transport, Bilal Akbar Khan, praised the event for promoting sustainable transportation. “EVS World has highlighted the urgency of cleaner, more efficient transport technologies. The Punjab government is committed to supporting this shift through public-private partnerships, enabling policies, and infrastructure development,” he said.
Saleem Khan Tanoli, CEO of FAKT Exhibitions, hailed the event’s success, stating, “This edition of Electricity Pakistan and EVS World marks a crucial step toward a greener, energy-efficient future.
